To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent transactions, we require additional verification for first-time purchases made using a credit card or check.
For all first-time transactions, customers must present a valid government-issued photo ID at our office. The name on the photo ID must match the name on the credit card or checking account being used for payment. Once identification has been verified, customers may complete a Credit Card Authorization Form, which we will securely maintain on file. This authorization allows future purchases to be processed using the approved payment method without requiring repeated verification.
Customers may also designate additional individuals who are authorized to make purchases on their account. These authorized users will be documented on the authorization form for our records.
This policy helps safeguard our customers against unauthorized use of their payment information while also protecting our business from fraudulent activity. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to ensure secure and reliable transactions for everyone.
